When I’m not keeping an eye on the bar and making sure everything runs just right, I’m usually chasing the next big thrill — and that mindset is exactly what shaped this place. I’m Stefan, originally from Belgium, and I’ve always believed the best experiences happen when you step a little outside your comfort zone (with the right people watching your back).
My love for adventure started early. As a kid, I raced sailboats with my older brother and somehow became the youngest competitor at just nine years old in a world championship race. That passion carried me all the way to judging the America’s Cup, and along the way I learned a lot about precision, discipline, and what it takes to create world-class experiences — lessons I now bring into running the bar.
Outside of hospitality, I’ve pushed myself through challenges like completing an Ironman, climbing to Everest Base Camp, and throwing myself into adrenaline-filled sports like kite surfing, mountain biking, and tennis. That same drive fuels my vision here: a bar that feels exciting, welcoming, and just a little bit bold — but always done right.
Whether you’re stopping in for a quick drink or settling in for the night, my goal is simple: make sure you feel taken care of, have a great time, and leave with a story worth telling. Welcome in — let’s make it a good one. 🍻

I’ve always been a fan of living life on the edge, whether that’s chasing outdoor adventures or crafting the perfect drink under pressure on a busy night behind the bar.
When I’m not shaking, stirring, or sliding a cold one your way, you’ll probably find me out climbing mountains, exploring the outdoors, or suiting up as the quarterback of the Gnarwhals unicycle football team (yes, it’s real — and yes, it’s as chaotic as it sounds). I bring that same energy, balance, and sense of fun straight into the bar.
Off the clock, I’m all about the simple joys: a little nostalgic fun with Pogs, a solid laugh with good people, and pineapple in just about any form (trust me, it belongs in more drinks than you think). I believe a great bar experience is about more than what’s in the glass — it’s about the stories, the moments, and the vibe.

BartenderSamantha may be off adventuring in the mountains these days, but make no mistake — she’s a Texas girl through and through. As one of the heart-and-soul personalities behind the bar, she brings a little Southern magic, a lot of fearless fun, and just the right amount of sparkle to everything she does.
When she’s not making the bar brighter (literally — there’s always a pop of pink nearby), she’s tending to her two longhorns, Lefty and Poncho, who have a serious weakness for tortillas and cold carrots. Her dog, Willie Nelson Walker Texas Ranger, lives up to the name and then some — legendary, loyal, and always part of the story.
Samantha is always up for anything, thrives on big laughs and big vibes, and has a way of making everyone feel like they belong the moment they walk in. Expect great energy, unforgettable moments, and maybe a little glitter in your night. One thing’s for sure — time spent with Samantha is never just a drink, it’s an experience. ✨🍸
